Bluebells Installation
Wind chimes at the centre of hardened paper/plastic flower sculptures. These artworks contributed to transforming the Botanica district at the wild and magical land of Boomtown Fair using art as a method of communication to encourage change through future sustainable ways of living, by incorporating features provided by nature. They are not only visually striking, but also inhabit and grow into their space, whilst representing contemporary issues that involve our presence amongst our environment on relevant ecological practices.
Ar-NOTFAMOUSART
ARNOT is my family name and NOTFAMOUS, is a common frustration felt amongst many emerging artists that their works will never be found. This name hopes to make you laugh, but most importantly build an online identity to help me communicate to a larger audience. The future of ARNOTFAMOUSART is unknown and always developing. I hope to one day build a collective of female artists who to take on large scale art projects. Not only will this celebrate our skill sets, but help empower, advocate, network, and bring awareness to the relevance and importance of our ideas and positions within the art world.
