Other Earth looks beyond reality and urges it’s viewer to disconnect from the panic of contemporary times. It’s interactive elements make it’s observer a vital part of the artworks, while providing an escape into imaginative dream worlds. Using a variety of manipulation techniques and surrealism, these artworks engage in the hybrid nature of art, often using paint to disrupt the gaze and physically intervene upon the photograph. As a development of an older project, new works within ‘Other Earth’ include audience engaging elements. For instance, the animations include sensory aspects such as audio and within the book, I made pages physically interactive.

The final artworks were correlated into a book and virtual exhibit.
